It's Wednesday Already??

At the end of Monday's post, I said "To be continued......tomorrow!"

Hmmm, seems like I've lost a day......Has anyone found one?

** Thursday, Nov 21st ~~ Update: Hopefully, I'll be able to post something else tomorrow. Today and tonight is busy, busy! **

(P.S. Vern is snoozing away to Christmas music again. Right now it's Michael Buble singing "Silent Night.")

  1. Your lost day has gone the way of all lost days....it's horrifying how easily they slip through the floor boards of time.

  3. Love the quote. If you do find your lost day, make sure you share it. But I gotta tell you, I've never found any of the ones I lost.

    1. Hi Myrna! What a great comment. I never looked at it that way, but you're so right...I've never found any, either! :)

  4. Even worse - it is Thursday here. And November. How did that happen? And what happened to the days, weeks, months in between? And do I want them back?

    1. EC....I laughed at your comment. The way you said, "And November"...as if it was only the first part of November...instead of it already being here so long. And as in Myrna's comment, I love this line: "And do I want them back?" That's something else I've never thought of....except in rare "what ifs?"

    1. Hi Julie ~ I'm with you in trying to live in the moment. For me, last year was one I was glad was long gone...but at the same time, it wasn't ALL bad, either. Thankfully, I believe I've always had much more "good" than "bad" in my life...so I really can't complain. Hugs back to you!

    1. Hello Montanagirl! How fun to see a new face ~~ and you found me from half way across the world! I never cease being amazed by this wonderful Blog Land! I did stop by your blog and you're a fabulous photographer. I smiled and was happy for you when you saw your first cardinal. They are my absolute favorite birds and we have an abundance of them here in the Midwest. I love their colors and their chirps. One more tidbit. My first husband and I drove through Montana MANY years ago, when we went from Missouri to Tacoma, WA. It was in January and it was beautiful! (I realize that's an entirely different area than where you live)

  8. Fun quote! I think I still have some film left, but most of it is overexposed!

  9. I am SUCH a bad friend! I don't know why anyone puts up with me! I always forget to buy film! But then again, what exactly IS film? Thanks for your comment on my post. As you saw, my friend Pat is doing what she can to survive. Her "crazy" friends are really incensed at what is happening to her right now, and we are DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT in our own strange way, and hope to make the life of that slut more complicated than she ever dreamed it could be. I think she'll get the message, for what it's worth.

    1. Judie, you are definitely NOT a bad friend! When a person is a true friend, they will always be my friend....

I love comments, especially because I know the time it takes to stop and type one, even a short one! Thanks very much!
