    1. Hello dear EC! Thank you for always stopping and commenting. This quote really caught my eye. I especially love ones about "paths" in life. And, like you, I really hope it's true, too!

  2. It's true because...
    "GOD works in mysterious ways".

I just invented that line, but you can use it if'n ya wanna.

  3. That's so true. Everything so far has put me where I am today.

    1. Yes, I've said the same, even wrote it in my memoir: "Looking back though, I know everything that happened in my life has made me who I am today." I'm glad it's also the way you look at your life, River!

  6. I do believe this. As you probably recall, our family's move to Idaho was rather disastrous, and we yearned to move back to Florida for several years, but it never worked out. Though we prayed earnestly, doors remained closed. We came to peace about that back in 2012, and now we love where we live. And because we were here, my daughter met the wonderful man she is now married to. If we hadn't made a disastrous move and gotten to Idaho, my daughter wouldn't have what she has. So, I truly believe that sometimes the bad road is how we get on the good road.

    Miss ya!

    Love,
    Patti

    1. That IS miraculous! I definitely remember how miserable you were, for such a long time, and I felt badly for you. How wonderful that good things happened and you were able to realize all that.
