One minute our little boy...It's so true, Becky. One minute our little boys are stuffing stones in their pants pockets or building forts in the back yard. The next thing you know, they are getting married and moving far away. <br /><br />I have photos (of my son and daughter when they were littlE) hanging on my bedroom wall. When I look at them, I smile and sometimes tears come to my eyes because they are all grown up now and no longer here.<br /><br />Yes, young mothers, treasure your little ones, because when their footsteps are silenced and you can no longer hear their laughter, a mother's heart becomes sad.<br /><br />But our jobs are to raise our children and then, like a piece of dust in the wind, let them go. If they become independent and contribute to society, we have done our jobs well.
