"Okay. Listen to my idea. It's for a reality show. My wife here can wrestle with wild bulls."
"Huh? What's a "reality" show?"

P.S. Today is Louisa May Alcott's birthday. How many of us immersed ourselves into the lives of Little Women?!
That's a novel twist on the reality show pandemic! Creative!

Picturing this photo in the year 2010 took some brain twisting! Great for your brain cells!
ReplyDeleteI can imagine the reality show, not sure the king would go for it, very funny and creative.
ReplyDeleteThose bulls look like she could take them-LOL!
ReplyDeleteReality shows already? Too funny.
ReplyDeleteAnd I should have known Louisa May Alcott was a Sagittarian like me. Yessss! Loved the books when I was growing up. I always saw myself as Jo.

Happy Birthday to Louisa. I was and am a big fan of "Little Women."
ReplyDelete=)
I think the original reality shows were held in The Coliseum. Run that idea by the king, he might get it.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to Louisa. "Little Women" was one of the first 'long' novels that I read as a child. Still have the book.
ReplyDeleteWish I were a writer/creator - this particular project seems like a lot of fun. Enjoyed your modern spin.
This sounds so wonderfully current. :)
ReplyDeleteHe was just a little bit before his time. Thanks for stopping by today Becky.
ReplyDeleteHow a propos of today's popular "reality" shows. The wife seems to have hypnotized the bulls, so I'm sure she could successfully wrestle with them! Well done!
ReplyDeleteWhat is a reality show?
ReplyDeleteJust kidding... :P
Loved the twist in this, Becky. And I wish we could all be as ignorant of the "reality tv" phenom as the old guy...
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
hahaha... that's very clever. nice one.
ReplyDeleteAt least as good as any reality show I've seen!
ReplyDeleteLove your take on this and tying it to the current hoopla given to anything "reality."
ReplyDeleteLove Little Women! And I enjoyed the Christmas music on here. Fun take on the prompt!
ReplyDeleteHilarious! So... when this reality show gets going... any chance the producers could recruit politicians to wrestle the bulls??? I'd sure watch that one!
ReplyDeleteI loved your twisted idea. Clever!
ReplyDeleteAnd I was totally immersed in "Little Women." I was Jo all the way!
So the downfall of civilization is a long time coming then? Reality TV ain't reality, thank goodness.
ReplyDeleteHi Becky, Just stopping by to say hello and hoping your week is going well. You know me, I am a picture girl...but I love reading your words... *hugs*

Oh, heavens, somewhere in the fat kid pictures I have one of me on the couch reading Little Women. Didn't take my nose out of it. I was in third grade, ugly as sin, and loving books every step of the way. Happy Birthday to Louisa!
ReplyDeleteOkay your mind goes in a different direction then mine - but I like it. :)
ReplyDeleteLove Louisa May Alcott!
