* Yikes Friday - Part 2 *

As I mentioned before, I am so upbeat and excited about things going on in my life right now! Everything just feels so "right", you know? I had a conversation the other day with someone about my book, and the time I spend on my blog, etc. And yes, I know the time spent on blogging is time that could be spent on my book. BUT, I feel as if I'm right where I should be at this point in my life. This journey of mine, of writing my book, of becoming friends with other writers, of learning so much more about writing, of meeting new wonderful people through blogging. I feel as if I'm walking on a winding path that's leading me toward my goals, all at just the right speed and time. I've been envisioning my success for quite a long while now, and I am almost there. I can feel it.

“The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.” -- Bob Moawad

  2. So true! Each of us must go at our own pace, and that varies from day to day too. Just keep the vision, Becky.

  3. That's a great feeling, I bet. I'm not quite there yet, but I feel like I'm going in the right direction. :-)

  4. I love that quote...only I'm changing it a bit. The best day of my life is the day that has only recently happened for me...the day that I realized I can be happy even if I only have two children. I have been agonizing over fertility issues for 17 years, but I have finally chosen to be happy with 2. With this surrendering of my heart, I, like you, am at a great place in my life.

    Have a great day.

    Love,
    Patti

  6. Becky,

    You said it the best way possible! I am feeling that way too. I really am. And, though some might not like what I am going to say here, it is the truth. About 3 weeks ago I began praying to become a financial success, with my blog, my writing, my photography, my crafts ... whatever it takes. Since then, my blog has taken off and I am so full of ideas and plans. Things are falling into place and it is not difficult.

    I am so happy that the same things are going on for you, my friend!

    One thing that I am noticing about you is all the energy you have, and all that you are getting done as you go with the flow and love the journey you are on. Yay!!!!

    You rock, Becky!

    Hugs,

    Kathy

  8. happy to hear you are in your zone - and thanks for including us! for me blogging is sharing and a great chain of support; I feel closer and more accomplished when I read what my bloggy friends have to say and grateful, since I know every post you guys write or every comment you kindly leave represents less time assigned to another task - and that is what this is all about!

  11. The closer you get to publishing the more I think it is important to have an online "presence" with your blog, FB, etc. So don't ever think you are wasting your time blogging. You are promoting yourself! :)

    I'm sorry I haven't kept up at all with my replies to your comments, or made it over to many blogs to leave YOU comments. Please know that I really think of all of you so often, and you all mean the world to me!! Even the ones that don't have time to leave me comments, either!
