- It's the first week of June, 2014! Can you believe it??
- In yesterday's blog post, I announced that today my interview/book giveaway would be on Karen Lange's blog. Please stop by because Karen asked some great questions, and the giveaway has easy rules. It has a short deadline: Thursday, June 5th, midnight Eastern Time.
- Also, beginning tomorrow June 3rd, I have a guest post on Melissa Ann Goodwin's blog. Melissa will include her review of my memoir, which I anxiously await!
- As I mentioned in yesterday's post, I still have lots of additional writerly news to share in the next few days, so please come back for that, too: Contests, Calls for Submissions, Interesting News & Tidbits, etc. I hope to get those posted tomorrow or Wednesday.
- Have a beautiful, blissful week!
Love the Nora Roberts quote. I know you'll get a great review from Melissa Ann!
ReplyDeleteHi Jo! Thank you! You're always such a sweetie. I have a huge note next to my laptop to read the articles you sent me, and I will try my best to do that tomorrow.....oops, which is now today -- Tuesday!
DeleteWe are sure the review will be a good one.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific Tuesday.
Best wishes Molly
Thanks, Molly! I just read it, and yes...it's a good one! I'm doing the Happy Dance!
DeleteHi Becky....Will check out today the links you mention . Thanks for sharing those with us.
ReplyDeleteDefinintely, I don't mind your mentioned the ol' Samuel Clemens post. That'd be wonderful. Oh, Becky, you would LOVE that tour!
Take care and have a super day. Susan
Hi Susan! Yes, please check out the links. Your post and photos of Mark Twains house in Massachusetts was really cool, and I hope everyone who reads these comments will stop by!
DeleteI saw you on Karen's blog yesterday Becky. She lives right here in KY by the way :) small world!
ReplyDeleteHi Kevin! That's cool about you and Karen both living in Kentucky. Do you live fairly close? Have you ever gotten together for coffee and writerly talk?!
DeleteOh, Keith! I am SO sorry I called you Kevin! I'm an idiot sometimes.. :o
DeleteThat quote is one well worth remembering.
ReplyDeleteJune has brought us winter 'down under' but there are still flowers blooming in the garden and the rain is making everything look so fresh and clean. I love winter here in Western Australia.
Hope all your plans go well for you.
Hi Mimsie! Thank you for stopping and commenting. I find it so fascinating that we have opposite seasons! It's almost impossible for me to fathom cold temps in "my" summertime, and hot temps and suntans during Christmas! Although some parts of the US are like that once in a while! :) I'm glad you enjoy your winters. I usually love the ones here in The Midwest, too, except last year's winter. It was TOO COLD!!
DeleteYou're on a roll, Ms. Becky! Three cheers!
ReplyDeleteHey Ms. Jeanie! ~~ Thanks :)
DeleteHi Becky, looks like lots of good things are happening! Thanks for the info and the shout out. It's been great fun having you visit! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Karen!
