I brought Ron home a couple of hours ago. He'd been in the hospital since the morning of June 1st. I'm so happy to have the love of my life back home with me.
I am so glad he is home. And, if my experience is anything to go by, rest is not on the horizon yet. I hope Ron is a much, much better convalescent than my smaller portion.
yes, you may rest a bit now, right after you turn up the heat, plump his pillows bring his juice, give him a sponge bath etc etc etc Just kidding. Get some sleep.
Ooh, pneumonia is horrible. I had it in late 1994, and it was honestly the sickets I can remember being in my adult life. I truly thought I was going to die. And it was a couple of years before my lungs were really strong again. Praying Ron heals completely very quickly.
Your wedding picture is lovely. What a handsome couple y'all are.
Oh my gosh, y'all.....I've been reading through old posts that concerned Ron's lungs and after reading this one, realized I only replied to ONE comment! I'm so sorry! I truly love all my blog friends and your caring words. My thank yous are a bit late, but hope you still happen to see this!
I'm still getting quite a few spam comments that are Anonymous, so I'm trying "User with Google Accounts." If anyone tries to comment that I know, and it won't let you, send me an email, okay? Thanks so much.

Thanks, EC! I hope Ron will be an "easy" convalescent, too! :)

Wish there was a way to edit...that's sickest, not sickets. But, of course, you knew that.
ReplyDeleteSo glad he's home now, Becky. Let's hope he stays there for a long time. I'll be praying for you both.
ReplyDeleteIt's so much more comfortable to be at home! Praying Ron continues to heal.
