Hello Canadian friends!
I wish you all a beautiful, blissful day.
I hope you enjoy some time with family and/or friends.
And whether you have a feast or something simple, I hope you remember all the little things in your lives to be thankful for.
I'm looking so forward to our
Thanksgiving next month!
I can already smell all the amazing aromas  J

My favorite autumn mug!
My very first cloche!

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend." -  Melody Beattie

  1. What a lovely quote, Becky. And the pictures are fun. Love your blog background too. I use my own photos sometimes too.

  2. A very happy thanksgiving. To them now, and to you a little later.

  3. I love autumn. Such a beautiful time of year and the smells are so great too. I can't wait for Thanksgiving. :)

  4. Thanks, Becky! It was an amazingly crisp and colourful weekend here and we ended up have two Thanksgiving dinners - one of the many benefits of a large extended family woohoo.

  5. I love the cloche. I used to wonder how people managed to stack things and have them stay steady while the glass was lowered over them. Now of course I know how it's done.

  6. I was just thinking about how close we are to Thanksgiving. Seems like it was just summer! Did someone speed up the clocks??

Love the mug and the cloche. Very nice!

  7. Autumn is my favorite season, and Thanksgiving dinner one of my favorite meals any time of year.

  8. Ahhh, the beauties of fall. It's such a family-and-friend centered time of year.

  9. Hi there. I love that quote by Melody Beattie. It's so true, isn't it. When I was in the USA for three weeks, a couple of weeks ago, my good friends in Green Bay cooked a full Thanksgiving Meal for me, so that I would have the experience. We also decorated the house and yard with pumpkins. I thought that was so kind of them to think of doing that v
