Hello Canadian friends!
I wish you all a beautiful, blissful day.
I hope you enjoy some time with family and/or friends.
And whether you have a feast or something simple, I hope you remember all the little things in your lives to be thankful for.
I'm looking so forward to our
Thanksgiving next month!
I can already smell all the amazing aromas J
My favorite autumn mug!
My very first cloche!
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend." - Melody Beattie
What a lovely quote, Becky. And the pictures are fun. Love your blog background too. I use my own photos sometimes too.
ReplyDeleteA very happy thanksgiving. To them now, and to you a little later.
ReplyDeleteI ate extra turkey for you

Thanks, Becky! It was an amazingly crisp and colourful weekend here and we ended up have two Thanksgiving dinners - one of the many benefits of a large extended family woohoo.
ReplyDeleteI love the cloche. I used to wonder how people managed to stack things and have them stay steady while the glass was lowered over them. Now of course I know how it's done.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about how close we are to Thanksgiving. Seems like it was just summer! Did someone speed up the clocks??
ReplyDeleteLove the mug and the cloche. Very nice!
Autumn is my favorite season, and Thanksgiving dinner one of my favorite meals any time of year.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, the beauties of fall. It's such a family-and-friend centered time of year.

We also decorated the house and yard with pumpkins. I thought that was so kind of them to think of doing that v
