I'm beginning to feel Christmasy, and I hope I continue to do so.
Soon, I'm going to make cut-out Christmas cookies, which I haven't done since around 2013. I'll post photos when I do. Probably next weekend.
We've had such warm temperatures, it doesn't feel like December, so baking cookies should keep me feeling Christmasy!
I hope everyone is well. We've been doing pretty good.
Bye for now!
May the blessings of Christmas fill your life today
and through the coming years.
A very, very Happy Christmas to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteOur Christmas falls in one of the hottest times of the year. Some year I hope to experience a white one (and not a white hot one).
I would love for you to experience a White Christmas sometime, too, EC! Have you ever seen snow? I don't remember if you have or not. It looks like we won't be having a White Christmas here in the Midwest, which I'm sad to say. The temps have been mostly warm. Of course that could change, but I just read we have a 20% change of snow on Christmas. Poo!
DeleteI am feeling it, too, especiallly with the little greatgrands who thought a s'more ornament on the tree was Marshmallow Man from Ghost Busters. LOL
ReplyDeleteHa! I love it that they even knew about Marshmallow Man! I'm glad you have young great grand kids to enjoy. I miss that young age. I wish my extended family lived closer. One of my nieces lives in Minnesota and has 3 adorable little boys. Just kind of far away!
DeleteHowdy, BECKY-O! ~
ReplyDeleteCan you help me?
I AM WANDERING AND LOST!
(And I was lost even before I started wandering... which only made me lost-er.)
Hey, what a pleasant surprise to find a comment from you at my 'Battle Of The Bands' Results post! Now you'll probably surprise me even more (perhaps nearly to the point of cardiac h-arrest) if you actually show up some time and cast a vote (aka a "bote") in one of my BOTB contests.
My next one will be January 1, 2022 - and the "boting" window will be open for a week. We're gonna have Margaritas in this next 'Battle Of The Bands', so feel free to stop by for a Maggie and good fellowship.
I hope you are still well and getting deeper and deeper into that Christmassy spirit!
My Brother and I are about to take a small road trip (approx. 8 hours each way) to the area where we spent our boyhoods. That should be fun reminiscing.
Stay well, stay cool, stay warm [*see what I did there?] and enjoy this Holy-day season, my friend!

STMcC Presents BATTLE OF THE BANDS
So happy to see your comment! They always make me smile. I'll definitely try to remember to stop by on January 1st.
DeleteMerry Christmas sweet lady! I still have the card you sent me years ago that looks like stacks of books. I treasure it and bring it out to put on the bookcase! Happy holidays!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you, too, Diane! And, oh, it warms my heart to know you still have that Christmas card and even "treasure" it! Thank you, thank you!
